During several years of working in the customer-facing side of business (marketing, customer service, and sales), I was constantly frustrated by familiar business process issues – siloed data, poor reporting, chaotic workflows, and other inefficiencies that led to unnecessary work and burnout for  employees as well as a poor customer experience.
